Personal Water Craft Licence Application

In accordance with the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth Order 2005 you need to apply for a licence to Water-Ski, Jet-Ski or windsurf within the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth. Water-Skiing, Jet-Skiing or Windsurfing are not permitted within Portsmouth Harbour or within 0.5 of a Nautical Mile from the shore outside the Harbour without a license from QHM.
